Matchstick Molly: What To Do After A Binge
I binged today so badly :( it was someone’s birthday today, and so pizza, cake, and ice cream were all present. I had a good helping of each. It wasn’t because I really wanted it, but because I felt socially obligated to have some. I had healthier food that I could have eaten instead. And of course, I could have easily showed more restraint and had one piece of pizza instead of two. And instead of having both cake AND ice cream, I could have just chose one or the other. Ugh..
